MOTOGOLF RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

Any warranty covering products sold by Motogolf.com is the warranty provided by the manufacture/distributor of those products. We have provided their warranty information below for your convenience:

Motogolf Return Policy:
No cancellations on special order items or pre-orders once the order has been placed. For order cancellations prior to shipment, we will need to assess a handling & credit card processing fee of 3% which will be deducted from the refund.

Within 30 days of purchase, if a customer has a change of mind the cart can be returned only providing:

1. The cart is completely unused and brand new
2. It is in original packaging & new/unused condition
3. The owner pays the return freight
4. All accessories and components originally included must be returned
5. A return authority is obtained first from US distributor/manufacturer through Motogolf
6. Original shipping + handling fee will be deducted from the refund (approx $120)
   

Within 30 days of purchase, the customer can return a "gently used cart." Even if used on driveways, backyard, etc...  this is not considered new any longer and not saleable as new:

o A return authority is obtained first 
o It is in the original packaging
o The owner pays the return freight 
o Up to 30% restocking fee applies of the full retail price

The customer is responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and parts included. Motogolf/GOZO is not responsible for the item until it has been received and accepted at Distributor/Manufacturer's warehouse.

The cart will be returned to Distributor/Manufacturer's warehouse and inspected by their personnel. Once we receive the return paperwork along with the condition of the unit, we will issue a refund net of fees above. If the item does not meet the return conditions, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.

GOZO Limited Product Warranty

GENERAL TERMS

Gozo Golf (“Company”) warrants that the Gozo Golf Electric Auto-Following Caddy (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty applies only to original GOZO products purchased directly from GOZO or an authorized dealer within the United States. Misuse or abuse of the products is not covered by this warranty. Please consult your user manual for guidelines and rules on how to use your product.

Liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective components. GOZO & Motogolf.com LLC do not assume responsibility for loss of use, property damage, or any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or failure of our products.

GOZO Golf & Motogolf.com LLC reserves the right to amend this warranty policy at any time, with or without prior notice.

LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship for:

• Electrical components, including motor and battery system.
• Cart frame, structural components and remote controls.
• Factory-installed electronics and control systems. 

GOZO & Motogolf.com LLC reserves the right to amend this warranty policy at any time, with or without prior notice.

WARRANTY RECIPIENT

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. GOZO may request proof of purchase. International shipping costs for service or parts outside the U.S. are not covered.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

Contact Gozo Golf Customer Service or sales@motogolf.com within the Warranty Period.

Follow instructions to return the product or the defective component in original packaging if provided. If returning a battery, it must be packaged with protection, in events where you do not have original packaging, GOZO could provide and ship a box for the return at the customer's expense. If the product if found to be defective and covered under warranty, GOZO will, at its discretion:

-Repair the defective part at no cost OR

-Replace the defective part or Product with a new or refurbished equivalent

SHIPPING TERMS

If a repair is covered under warranty, we will pay for the return shipping to the customer. If the issue is outside warranty coverage (due to duration or misuse), the customer must cover shipping costs.

Customers must ensure the product is properly packaged. We are not liable for damages or losses occurring during transit. If the customer chooses their own carrier, they assume full responsibility for the shipment.

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY

Caddies:

• Wear and tear: Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tires, rubber handle grips, elastic bands, paint, battery performance degradation, axle threading, and charging ports on batteries or remote controls
• Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not impact the functionality of the unit and fall within the manufacturer’s quality tolerance standards
• Misuse, neglect or improper maintenance, including but not limited to:
  • Pushing down on / lifting the unit by the handlebar
  • Water damage (power washing, hosing, immersion in water)
  • Use over curbs, steps, rough terrain, bunkers, or course hazards, as well as clubhouse or carpark areas. The caddy is not designed to go up or down curbs, steps, or similar obstacles
  • Use of non-GOZO batteries/chargers
  • Third-party battery/charger damage
  • Accidents, fire, flood, extreme weather conditions or other natural events
  • Damage caused by golf balls or clubs
  • Application of external force to any part of the unit or battery
  • Fusion of motor or electronics through overload or continual stationary operation
  • All implied warranties, except where required by law, are expressly disclaimed. Likewise, liability for any consequential damages under any warranty is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable legislation.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications: Any unauthorized repair, modification, tampering, or disassembly of the caddy by anyone other than GOZO, without our prior consent, will void and invalidate this warranty. This includes opening the unit, altering electrical or mechanical components, or attempting self repair. If a malfunction or damage results from any such unauthorized work, the repair and all related costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will not be covered by GOZO.
• Shipping or transportation costs if warranty claim found to not be covered within the warranty period.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Implied warranties are limited to the duration specified herein. GOZO & Motogolf.com LLC disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, arising from 
the use or inability to use the Product and beyond the scope of this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
