Axglo is a Canadian company located in Toronto. The Axglo E3 Remote Electric golf caddy launched in Canada in 2021 with rave reviews.
Axglo is now available to U.S. customers.
The Axglo E3 Remote Control Electric Golf Caddy looks like a regular manual push cart with lots of storage on the handle, compact design and easy 1 motion folding and unfolding for quick and easy setup. However, it comes with the ultra-lightweight lithium ion battery that can power the cart for up to 36 holes.
Axglo E3 Remote puts you in command with effortless control. No Follow Mode, just intuitive remote operation for a seamless golfing experience. Not only can you push it like a manual push cart, it has 3 different modes: Remote, Remote Cruising and Manual.
Remote Control Mode
The wireless remote provides full directional control, allowing you to move the cart forward, backward, left, or right with precision. Easily guide your cart around obstacles or position it exactly where you need it, all without physical effort.
Remote Cruising Mode
With remote cruising control, set your cart to maintain a steady, constant pace using different cruising speeds. Perfect for long fairways, this mode lets you walk comfortably while the cart moves smoothly ahead.
Manual Push Mode
If the battery is depleted or removed, the E3 Remote seamlessly converts to manual push mode, allowing you to continue your round without interruption.

HOW TO USE YOUR CART:
- How to fold and Unfold Axglo e3 Remote?
- To Unfold: Pull both rear wheels of your e3 outwards by about 3 cm. Release the upper and lower triggers, grab the handle, and pull the cart backward to unfold it. Then, lock the upper and lower lock triggers.
- To Fold, Release the lower lock trigger and hold the handle. Then, release the upper lock trigger and fold the cart inward. Lock the upper and lower lock triggers.
- How to turn on / off the Axglo e3?
- The cart's power switch is positioned on the lower right side of the display screen.
- Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn on / off the cart
- How to activate Remote control mode?
- Press the power key once on the remote control and the LED will light up blue
- When the % digits flash, it means the remote's battery is too low
- Direction keys: Forward/Reverse/Left Turn/Right Turn Key
- How to activate Remote cruising mode?
- Press the cruising button on the remote control, Press it again to exit the cruising mode. (At this point, the cart is in lock mode, press lock/stop button to unlock the cart)
- Forward Button (+) acceleration
- Reverse Button (-) deceleration
- Turning in : Press and hold left / right turn button
- ** Memory Function: Next cruise starts at the last set speed.
- Press the cruising button on the remote control, Press it again to exit the cruising mode. (At this point, the cart is in lock mode, press lock/stop button to unlock the cart)
- What does the Remote function indicator light mean?
- Red: Locked/Stop
- Yellow: Remote Control Mode
- Green: Cruising Mode
- Blue: Unlocked/Standby/ Manual Push
Charging Instructions:
- Fully charge both the battery and the remote before first use.
- Battery charging time: 4–5 hours.
- When the battery is fully charged, the charger light turns green.
- We recommend charging the battery before every round of golf.
- Remote charging time: 1–2 hours.
- While charging, the % number on the remote will increase.
- Once fully charged, the display shows 100.
- When the battery is low (below 15%), the % number will flash.
- Use only the standard adapter for charging; fast adapters will not work.
- For first-time use, remove the protective plastic cover from the power socket before inserting the battery.
- Insert the battery by placing it into the base first, then press down firmly until you hear a click.
Safe Use of Your Cart:
- Maximum load capacity: 44 lbs
- Submerging the cart in water will cause damage to the cart. We recommend using the manual push mode while crossing a bridge or in a limited space, like a parking lot.
- Before transportation, the battery must be disconnected from the cart.
- When parking on a slope, please do not turn off the power and remember to press the stop key. Turning off the power would disable the electric braking system of the cart.
- Do not store your cart in the open air.
- When it rains heavily, protect the cart from the rain and try to cover it with an umbrella.
- Please use a soft dry towel to wipe off the excess mud, dirt or water from the cart.
- Keep the main folding track clean and well lubricated.
- The battery will be able to complete around 36 holes on a single charge when used in normal conditions (however this is not guaranteed). We encourage users of Lithium batteries to top-up between rounds whenever possible. The battery is not designed to complete 18 holes over consecutive days on a single charge. Battery capacity will reduce over time and can be affected by frequency of use and charging conditions.
- Do not remove the battery during rainy conditions.
In what situations does the remote control vibrate?
- When the remote control's battery is low.
- When there is an obstruction between the remote control and the cart, such as a passing person or another vehicle.
- When the distance between the remote control and the cart exceeds the maximum range.
- When the battery power drops below 10%, the remote control will vibrate intermittently as indicated in the manual.
- When a cart equipped with anti-crash bumper sensor detects an obstacle.
MOTOGOLF RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY
Any warranty covering products sold by Motogolf.com is the warranty provided by the manufacture/distributor of those products. We have provided their warranty information below for your convenience:
Motogolf Return Policy:
No cancellations on special order items or pre-orders once the order has been placed. For order cancellations prior to shipment, we will need to assess a handling & credit card processing fee of 3% which will be deducted from the refund.
Within 30 days of purchase, if a customer has a change of mind the cart can be returned only providing:
- The cart is completely unused and brand new
- It is in original packaging & new/unused condition
- The owner pays the return freight
- A return authority is obtained first from US distributor/manufacturer through Motogolf
- Original shipping fee + handling fee will be deducted from the refund (approx $120)
Within 30 days of purchase, the owners can return a "used cart" except Foresight Forecaddy (Foresight has a no RETURN Policy). Even if used on driveways, backyard, etc... this is not considered new any longer and not saleable as new:
- A return authority is obtained first
- It is in the original packaging
- The owner pays the return freight
- Up to 30% restocking fee applies of the full retail price
The cart will be returned to Distributor/Manufacturer's warehouse and inspected by their personnel. Once we receive the return paperwork along with the condition of the unit, we will issue a refund net of fees above.

Axglo Limited Warranty Information

- It is in the original packaging
- The owner pays the return freight to Axglo's warehouse

Axglo Product Warranty
Axglo electric golf push cart and charger have a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers product problems or manufacturing defects. Axglo will bear the shipping costs for sending parts or transporting the electric golf push cart to Canada in the event of manufacturing defects.
Failures due to accidental damage, improper use (wear and tear), self-dismantling or misuse are not covered.
The standard warranty guarantee is subject to the following exclusions:
- Accidental damage, abuse or misuse
- Abnormal wear and tear
- Rental or commercial usage
- Product modification
- Repairs by an unauthorized service technician
- Failure to follow battery charging instructions
- Failure to follow battery storage instruction
- Discharging battery to lower than 8 volts.
- Removal or defacing of serial numbers from any item invalidates the warranty.
If your Axglo electric golf push cart's damage is determined to be caused by any of the mentioned issues, there will be no warranty coverage and the owner will be responsible for covering the shipping fees, as well as the costs associated with replacement parts and maintenance. Please retain original packaging and inserts for returns. In the event that original packaging and inserts are not available, Axglo would be happy to ship original packaging boxes and inserts to you at your expense.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your Axglo electric golf cart is submerged in water, please remove the battery; do not charge the battery, and contact Axglo as soon as possible for operation. Before returning any electric cart back to Axglo for maintenance, the owner must provide the return authorization number issued by Axglo. Returning without the authorization number will be refused. Repairs or replacements covered by Axglo do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase. The warranties contained herein are offered as an additional benefit and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Axglo reserves the right to request for a proof of purchase. Please note warranty covered parts installed by an Axglo Certified Technician carry up to 2 years warranty from the original purchase date. Axglo Electric push cart serviced by non AXGLO technicians will void the warranty and cannot be returned.
Axglo Lithium Battery and Charger Warranty
The Axglo Lithium battery and charger are both covered by a full 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. In addition to the standard 24 month warranty Axglo offers a 5 year limited warranty (additional 3 years of pro-rated warranty) on the battery (this excludes the charger). In order to qualify for the 5 year limited warranty please register your warranty online or use the relevant warranty registration card included with purchase.
If your product should fail during the 3rd year of ownership Axglo will offer you a brand new replacement for 50% of the current listed purchase price of the product. Year 4, 70% of the listed purchase price and year 5, 85% of the listed purchase price. Any purchased product will come with a new 2-year warranty. Please note that due to the nature of batteries, the product is only covered to complete 18 holes during years 3 to 5.
In order for Axglo to deem something eligible for replacement under warranty (full or pro-rated), Axglo needs to have the items returned to Axglo for inspection and testing. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns section for full details and steps to facilitating a return to Axglo. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse or commercial use is not covered.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your battery & charger pass our testing, or if they have failed due to damage caused by use/abuse, you will be responsible for all shipping charges involved in the return, and there will be no warranty coverage. Only parts installed by a Certified Axglo Technician carry the full warranty; parts replaced by non-Axglo technicians do not carry a warranty and cannot be returned once they have been in use.
