This push cart is designed to adapt to your playing style, offering multiple navigation functions that make your time on the course effortless. With its intuitive speed control system, you can choose from nine different speed settings, ensuring a pace that suits your stride. The memory function allows the caddy to remember your last walk/stop setting, while the timer feature lets you program it to stop automatically after 33, 66, or 99 feet, so you can walk freely without constant adjustments. The start/stop function makes pausing and resuming movement seamless, giving you total control at all times. For added convenience, the remote control lets you steer in any direction—forward, backward, left, or right—with built-in braking and power on/off functions. And if you ever prefer to use your caddy as a manual push cart, the transition couldn’t be easier. Any warranty covering products sold by Motogolf.com is the warranty provided by the manufacture/distributor of those products. We typically follow the manufacturer’s warranty but we reserve the right to exercise Motogolf.com’s general return policy below. The materials on, and the operation of, this site are provided “As Is” without any express or implied warranty of any kind including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property, or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall Motogolf.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or products on this site.
Motogolf Return Policy:
No cancellations on special order items or pre-orders once the order has been placed. For order cancellations prior to shipment, we will need to assess a handling & credit card processing fee of 3% which will be deducted from the refund.
Within 30 days of purchase, if a customer has a change of mind the cart can be returned only providing:
- The cart is completely unused and brand new
- It is in original packaging & new/unused condition
- The owner pays the return freight
- All accessories and components originally included must be returned
- A return authority is obtained first from US distributor/manufacturer through Motogolf
- Original shipping + handling fee will be deducted from the refund (approx $120)
- Restocking fee of $100 applies to Green Eagle Golf carts
Within 30 days of purchase, the customer can return a "gently used cart." Even if used on driveways, backyard, etc... this is not considered new any longer and not saleable as new:
o A return authority is obtained first
o It is in the original packaging
o The owner pays the return freight
o Up to 30% restocking fee applies of the full retail price
The customer is responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and parts included. Motogolf/Green Eagle Golf is not responsible for the item until it has been received and accepted at Distributor/Manufacturer's warehouse.
The cart will be returned to Distributor/Manufacturer's warehouse and inspected by their personnel. Once we receive the return paperwork along with the condition of the unit, we will issue a refund net of fees above. If the item does not meet the return conditions, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.

Green Eagle Golf's Limited Product Warranty
GENERAL TERMS
This warranty applies only to original Green Eagle Golf products purchased directly from Green Eagle Golf or an authorized distributor within the United States. Misuse or abuse of the products is not covered by this warranty. Please consult your user manual for guidelines and rules on how to use your product.
Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective components. We do not assume responsibility for loss of use, property damage, or any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or failure of our products.
Green Eagle Golf & Motogolf.com LLC reserves the right to amend this warranty policy at any time, with or without prior notice.

WARRANTY RECIPIENT
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Green Eagle Golf may request proof of purchase. International shipping costs for service or parts outside the U.S. are not covered.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
To request service, email support@greeneaglegolf.com including your order number and description of the issue, with supporting images.
Depending on the entity of the repair to be performed, we may provide:
- At-home repair: We send the replacement part and instructions to the customer (we cover shipping).
- Shop Service: If repair cannot be done at home, the product will need to be sent to our workshop. If the repair is covered by warranty, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, shipping is at the customer’s expense.
SHIPPING TERMS
If a repair is covered under warranty, we will pay for the return shipping to the customer. If the issue is outside warranty coverage (due to duration or misuse), the customer must cover shipping costs.
Customers must ensure the product is properly packaged. We are not liable for damages or losses occurring during transit. If the customer chooses their own carrier, they assume full responsibility for the shipment.
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY
Caddies:
- Wear and tear: Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tires, rubber handle grips, elastic bands, paint, battery performance degradation, axle threading, and charging ports on batteries or remote controls
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not impact the functionality of the unit and fall within the manufacturer’s quality tolerance standards
- Misuse or improper maintenance, including but not limited to:
- Pushing down on / lifting the unit by the handlebar
- Water damage (power washing, hosing, immersion in water)
- Use over curbs, steps, rough terrain, bunkers, or course hazards, as well as clubhouse or carpark areas. The caddy is not designed to go up or down curbs, steps, or similar obstacles
- Use of non-Green Eagle batteries/chargers
- Third-party battery/charger damage
- Accidents, fire, flood or other natural events
- Damage caused by golf balls or clubs
- Application of external force to any part of the unit or battery
- Fusion of motor or electronics through overload or continual stationary operation
- All implied warranties, except where required by law, are expressly disclaimed. Likewise, liability for any consequential damages under any warranty is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable legislation.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications: Any unauthorized repair, modification, tampering, or disassembly of the caddy by anyone other than Green Eagle Golf, without our prior consent, will void and invalidate this warranty. This includes opening the unit, altering electrical or mechanical components, or attempting self repair. If a malfunction or damage results from any such unauthorized work, the repair and all related costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will not be covered by Green Eagle Golf.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Implied warranties are limited to the duration specified herein. Green Eagle Golf & Motogolf.com LLC disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, beyond the scope of this warranty.
